If you are a national of any of the
non-exempted countries, then you need to apply for Schengen Visa at the embassy
or consulate of the country where you are going to stay for the maximum number
of days or the first country where you will be entering.

complete and sign the application form with the recent passport size

in the Schengen Land and for return journey at the expiry of the Schengen Visa.
You will also have to pay fees for the process of visa processing which is not
refundable even if your visa application gets rejected.

without which you will not be issued the Schengen Visa is the Schengen visa insurance. This visa insurance Schengen policy is a
health insurance policy which covers your stay in the Schengen territory.
