A complete guideline making travel to Schengen region a light weight task

One of the best things to happen to the travelers across the world aspiring to travel around Schengen zone of Europe is the signing up and execution of Schengen Pact. Fundamentally, it is a contract among 25 member states of Schengen area to allow people worldwide to travel freely in this area with a single united visa called the Schengen visa.

In order to avoid the rejection of the application for Schengen visa, the person must attach all the documents asked for. These documents include the application form duly filled up and signed by the applicant, valid passport lasting for a minimum three months ahead of the duration of stay in the Schengen area, previous passport if any, a photocopy of the first and last page of passport, two passport size photographs, confirmed return ticket and proof of accommodation. Most important document needed is a valid Schengen visa insurance. It is a travel cum medical insurance. It should have a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros. It should cover all the expenses which may arise medically such as repatriation, emergency medical treatment and the like.
