Detailed Information Regarding Filing of Schengen Visa Application


A person belonging to any nationality outside Europe will usually require Schengen Visa to enter a Schengen nation. The reason behind visiting must be tourism or leisure or business. You cannot work or live permanently in a Schengen Member Country on Schengen Visa.
To obtain your visa in time for your trip it is strongly advised to apply for your Schengen visa before a minimum of six weeks to travel. The documents needed to be submitted are a duly filled and signed Schengen visa application, two passport photographs, your passport or any other applicable travel document, evidence of adequate finances, confirmed flight and hotel reservation, Schengen travel insurance, visa application fee and other supporting documents as stated by the embassy of the country you are visiting.
